A late eighteenth century flame mahogany veneered bureau plat, having a tooled red leather top with side slides of the same set above a configuration of long and short drawers with brass lock escutcheons and keys, the rear face with dummy drawers, all raised on square tapering legs and terminating in brass sabots.
