A finely carved late 19th century beechwood canapé sofa having wing arms and raised upon turned fluted tapering legs raised on the original brass casters.
A small sofa such as this would make an ideal addition to an intimate salon or a bedroom. Either placed against a wall or at the end of a bed as a place to perch. The carved decoration is exceptionally sharp and fine and this has been upholstered using a Claremont chenille fabric.
