A fine early eighteenth century George I Period burr walnut secretaire chest on chest, the shaped cornice above three short and three long drawers with herringbone inlay, crossbanding and etched brass handles and lock escutcheons, between fluted canted corners, the lower section of the same, the top drawer opening to reveal a secretaire with fall front, eight pigeon holes and four small drawers, above three further long drawers, the bottom drawer with concave compass inlay, all terminating in bracket feet.
